Behavioural Insurance As A Sales Incentive

In this episode of SCOR Innovation Podcast, Torsten Hefer interviews Björn Zollenkop about an innovative collaboration to test behavioral insurance as a sales incentive. The program combined term life sales with incentives to encourage healthy behaviors of policyholders, using SCOR’s Biological Age Model (BAM) and an app developed by Fjuul to measure policyholder engagement. Four notable German term life insurance companies participated in the program with CHECK24, a leading insurance comparison portal and aggregator in Germany, and SCOR. Tune in to hear the results.

Dr. Björn Zollenkop is the managing director of CHECK24 comparison portal for life insurance. Before that he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and primarily served insurance companies and banks. He studied Business Administration, Economics and Politics and is holding a PhD in Empirical Capital Market Science.
